Teachers invest significant time in coaching collaborations with their peers and districts need to ensure that teachers see a return on investment of their time through refining existing collaborative structures. During the panel discussion, you will learn of the five core competencies of equity and excellence in leadership when implementing an instructional coaching initiative. This webinar will also describe the processes and structures around a model of coaching and feedback called “FAST” – Fair, Accurate, Specific, and Timely; to drive collaborative coaching focused on increasing both student and adult learning. You will also learn from two current district superintendents as they describe the processes, frameworks, and outcomes of their coaching initiatives. Finally, participants will view a software solution to systematize coaching, use video technology, and link coaching goals to professional development content.
